What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I'm having a buttermilk-brined chicken cutlet, mashed potatoes, and roasted baby carrots with thyme. It isn't anything fancy but it will be tasty. I'll have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I made my favorite sauerkraut with a small smoked ham in my slow cooker, I had slices of ham, sauerkraut, and tater tots, Plenty for tomorrow,

@NJChicaa it is. I drain the sauerkraut and mix with some bouillon powder and a spoonful of brown sugar and some diced tomatoes and a bit of water, Sit the ham on top of it all and then slow cooks for several hours,

Your dinner sounds luscious. I had a frozen dinner -- 3 chicken tenders and some mac and cheese. I'm out of PB&J sandwiches. Have a good week.
