Took it easy Today

My Sundays are Laundry days...But lately I have tried my best to get up around 8am so that I can get my laundry started and get my breakfast before I call ot Get called by my friend Mary, because once we get to talking...I could be on there 1-4 hours. LOL I play my Bingo games while I talk to her, and scroll through FB. If I see something she might enjoy I send it to her in message, as she only has a Nook, and doesn't like going on FB with the Nook. He Laptop got a bad virus...can't even get into it. Even Norton couldn't help her as it is locked up for ransom. Just finished up laundry and getting ready to put it away..had to take a rest..Back is killing me. Fixing Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken for supper. Hope everyone is enjoying the day. What's for Dinner?

Your dinner sounds good. I made my favorite sauerkraut with a small smoked ham in my slow cooker, I ate the sauerkraut and ham slices with tater tots and have plenty for tomorrow, I hope you have a good start to the new week,

I was about to start supper, and Tom offered to fry the chicken..Couldn't turn THAT down. LOL Had Mashed Taters and Brocolli and Zesty Cheese.

@RasmaSandra Tom makes the best Fried Chicken...Uses Garlic Powder and Celery Salt, Pepper and a little Salt in the flour. Then double dips the chicken in egg and flour...cooks it in a Deep Fryer.

My supper turned into Fried Chicken quarters instead of Baked Chicken. Tom offered to Fry the Chicken. I added Mashed Taters and Brocolli in Zesty Cheese Sauce.

I'm sorry your back is bothering you. I hope you feel better today. I had a frozen dinner -- 3 chicken tenders and some mac and cheese. Hope you have a good week.
