I do not drink tea in the evenings but instead I eat some fruit and these days it is papaya which we now buy It took me a while to give up the habit of having tea. And now I do not miss it What have you given up of late?

I just drink coffee or tea occasionally. Maybe once in 2 or 3 months. I am thinking about what should i have for dinner because i am too lazy to cook.

But when you are hungry don't you get into the mood for cooking?

I haven't given up anything lately. I don't think I've tried papaya. If I have, it would have been a long time ago. It's not easy to get here. I do like to try different things. I like to drink tea, but I have cut down on my usual English tea in favour of fruit teas.

@allknowing I like different teas. My favourite is a Twinnings strawberry and mango. Sadly, though, I've not been able to get those for a while. My other choices are lemon, lemon & ginger, strawberry & raspberry, blackcurrant.

That's a very healthy habit . I munch on some fruits at 4-5 pm if I have some, but don't drink tea or coffee.

I have a cup of tea in the evening with the snacks. It's an old habit and cannot be changed now. I dont like papaya at all though it has lots of benefits still I dont like its taste.
