Cloudy Wednesday

This is a very boring week. We have nothing to go to this week. Next week is the busy one with doing the shopping. And I think there is game night in LaRue next week too. That was fun so we will probably go again.
I don't have much to do today. It will be a quiet one. We will just spend it watching TV. I do have 2 loads of laundry to wash. The covering on the skylight didn't keep it from leaking some 
. As it was close to bedtime I stripped it and put new ones on. So I might as well wash the ones I took off.
I did see 3 deer across the road this morning. I hadn't seen any for a long time. Glad we still have some around here.

Every day is a quiet day. Appointments rule our lives….next week we’ll be staying in Saint John, hubby occupying a hospital bed….me booked into a motel.

@wolfgirl569 Going up to Lake Superior is on my husband's bucket list.
But it is up in bush country and if there are wildfires we will not go this year.
We plan on taking the long way there which is through Canada.
Cutting through Michigan would be shorter, but he wants the long trip.
We always have alot of fun on car rides, so an extra couple of hours won't hurt us any.

They are pretty.
I hope you get to see buffalo. They are majestic. A guy down the road from us used to have some. He trained his cutting horses with the young ones. Even a buffalo calf can be more stubborn than a cow.

I am glad you saw deer. I have not seen them in ages. Sometimes quiet is nice. It sounds like you have laundry to do.That is something and also watching TV is something.

I would love a boring week!!
Yesterday, I saw several deer running around way too close to the highways. I wish they stay away from there, but they don't, Many pay the price, unfortunately.

It's cloudy and lightly raining here today. Pretty dismal looking but I have enough stuff to do around the house to keep me busy.

I'm sorry the skylight is still leaking. I didn't do anything yesterday either. I watched TV all day. I did get a cart of groceries ready for hubby's 2nd cousin to pick up on Monday. Hope you have a good day too.

I'm in the same boat, with rain most the week here
& the wind he's not going to get ANYTHING done this
week & maybe not for the rest of the yr when it gets
so hot he can't stand it & complain about it I can't win
for losing, I will have to wing it & GET some 1 to finish
the job that WILL get the job done & over with.
