Will the proposed 44.6% capital gain tax cause job losses in America?

The president is proposing a 44.6% capital gain tax on corporations and businesses and this has generated some discuss among the people especially those in the corporate world who think that businesses will struggle to cope with such increase and may even lead to job losses.

They should pay their fair share. Many companies are showing record profits and still cutting back on employees.

I think a lot of people will suffer from it not just the business's but
you & others like on limited incomes cause it will RAISE prices
to COVER the tax they are dealt with so you think about how it
will effect a lot of people cause a lot of business's will shut down.
