Trump just said that Germany existed 1000 years ago

For real. When he left the court house just a few minutes ago of course he had to speak to the press. He started out with his usual whining about the case, the judge, etc. Then he moved on to the fact that the country is "going to hell" (narrator: it isn't), George Soros is influencing college protests and the judge, and complaining about inflation. He straight up said that inflation is a "country killer" and we have seen that all the way back to what happened in Germany 1000 years ago. WUT? The country of Germany was established in 1871. I'm no history expert but even I can tell you that Germany has not existed for 500 years let alone 1000. What an absolute tool. And so many people think he is smart and should be running the country again.

Germany as we know it today was created in 1871. The Kingdom of Germany was created in 843. So yes, technically (as much as I hate to say this) Trump is right, you are not so right.

Guarantee Trump does not know this. Did inflation seriously destroy the Kingdom of Germany 1000 years ago? I'm gonna go with NO.

My favorite was the claim about the revolutionary army taking over the airports. Hey, you know it's true. Trump said it, didn't he?
