Last Wednesday started our Spring Thunder Beach Rally. It brings in a lot of revenue for the Beach and Town...but it also brings in Wrecks. There were 8 Motorcycle wrecks involving Serious injuries and 3 of those resulted in deaths. The polic had over 500 calls, and over 25 accidents involving Motorcycles. We have a FB page called Bay County Bad Drivers. There was a video of a Traffic Jam on Back Beach Road...No One is going over 10mph. One Biker riding in front of a car real slow..kept the car back, and his buddies came down the middle of the road in between lanes and went in front of the slow riding dude. I would have probably been in jail if that car was me...LOL When I drove a taxi this happened a lot, but not in front of me..LOL Motorcycles aren't all the roadway problems..there are plenty of 4 wheeler accidents, and some of those are NOT the Motorcycle's fault. We live in a Tourist area, and most of them don't know where they are going, how to get back to where they are staying, not to mention the distractions. I stay away from that side of the Bridge. I stay my behind on the Town side. LOL That is bad enough. LOL I wait until fall to go to the beach. LOL
