Seriously. Can it happen? Yes of course it can. If you want people to take you seriously as a candidate for president, should you announce that to the world? I'm no campaign expert but I'm going to say no you should not. Like he literally said the worm ATE PART OF HIS BRAIN. Republican Congressman Mike Collins had to get in on the action of saying stupid things. He one-upped RFK Jr though because he went for the combination of stupid and terrible. He posted this on Twitter: "You either die a Kennedy with a hole in the brain or live long enough to become a Kennedy with a hole in the brain." Needless to say pretty much the universal reaction to that tweet is negative.

What a stupid thing to go tell the world that a worm ate part of his brain. Now people surely think that he cannot be normal. Well also Joe Biden had a brain surgery in 1988.

I totally agree with you, Saying such things turns people off and makes them think you are not a normal person, However I did search out of curiosity and this is what I got from the Internet, So also you have to make sure you use the right words when you say things as long as they are true Yes, certain types of parasites can infect the brain, although it's not accurate to say they "eat" the brain.

Collins made a really awful counter. I remember the day JFK was shot; and I don't appreciate comments like that.
