What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I thought I didn't have anything thawed from the freezer for tonight but I forgot I had taken out leftover filling for stuffed peppers like 2 days ago. I just so happened to have 2 red bell peppers so I stuffed them and they are currently baking in the oven. The stuffing mixture contains ground beef, jasmine rice, zucchini, onion, garlic, parsley, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Yum.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I made a sauce with salty butter, some soy, a bit of lemon juice, and Thai sauce to thicken it a bit, Then poured it over a chicken thigh and baked, I had the chicken with rice, Enjoy your stuffed peppers, Is Whiskey with you?

I had leftovers from Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch and a PB&J sandwich for dinner.
