Clouds roaming but still no rain

We've gotten news about storms coming this week. But sadly, no rain in my neighborhood. Only huge clouds roaming and blocking the sun but no drop what so ever. Others are lucky though. Sadly, parts of manila are flooded because of undisciplined method towards trash. But I hope there won't be rain today because I just did my laundry. I almost had shower thrice today. Hows the weather in your place.

It did rain almost twice but it was refreshing. But the leaks were terrible.
