Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 60 degrees F and raining here at the Jersey Shore. We've had so much rain lately. Ugh. I'm at work as usual. I am hoping for a quiet day. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my blood pressure was 119/80 when I woke up. I don't need it to spike. I have the monitor with me so I can check it in a couple of hours to see what's up. I have an hour of tutoring today after work but that's pretty much all that's on the agenda aside from the usual dishes, laundry, etc. What's everyone else up to today?

Keep your meds up to date and you should be OK. Tonight someone is coming to look at our porch. He needs to replace one step and add some handrails. Have a good day.

I'm currently at work. There's nothing going on at the office since it's a Friday. So, I've been up at myLot most of my time today. Our country would really love to have some rain, we have been experiencing such extreme heat for almost a month now.
