Do we really need a 4th Bridget Jones movie?

I love love love the first 2 Bridget Jones books and movies. I still laugh out loud when I read the scene when Bridget is high on magic mushrooms in Thailand. It cracks me up every time. There was a third and maybe fourth book. I think there have been 4. Whatever there are I've read them. I didn't like the direction that author Helen Fielding took the storyline with Bridget having a baby with Daniel Cleaver and then having husband Mark Darcy dying off. (I may be conflating the online blog and the actual book versions) None of it made sense to me. Now apparently we are getting a 4th Bridget Jones movie involving her and a much younger man. Like why? I still can't figure out how we had her both have a baby with Daniel Cleaver but also a family with Mark Darcy. Now Mark is dead, she has children, and is going to become a cougar? I like the Bridget Jones character and premise but I think this is stretching it too far. I guess we shall see.
