I didn't want to complain to my dentist but i had to:/

It doesn't have anything to do with his dental service. Actually, it has to do with a customer service. He has a private practice and i forgot how he also has another dentist there and he also schedules for 2people in almost same time and he is with this person and then with me. Ah.
As for the new dentist (before, it was someone else), she is either freshly graduated or still studying. I didn't like it that i was her experimental monkey but i guess i had no choice. And when the same person scheduled me for another appointment, in 2weeks, she was unpleasant, saying they don't do things like that here, when i asked for quicker meeting. i only asked, she was so arrogant and told me twice those words, i couldn't believe it. The last time i was there was almost a year ago and she didn't work there so why acting so powerful for nothing.
This same day, a couple of hours ago, i received a bill on my email by my dentist's practice and i complained about this new dentist in a stable manner saying i felt unpleasant and if it was something from my side, i'll schedule myself online from now on.
I hate negative vibe and this young female dentist had it. If i insulted my dentist by this complain cause, maybe she is an important patronage of his or someone's talented daughter, i think i am going back to my social dentist. Since today's service wasn't cheap, i will consider it.

One receptionist in my dentist's office was arrogant and rude to me, many different times. I never said a word to my dentist, because she is his sister-in-law. The other ladies in the office were very pleasant and kind. The end of 2023, my dentist retired so I need to find another dentist, who's as caring.

yes, i understand you. i have no idea who is this kid. if it's someone important, then i won't be going there anymore after my next meeting. yes, the most hardest thing is when a good dentist retires, been there and it took me a lot of years to find this one but, he is expensive. i wish you luck in finding your new dentist

I had a very good dentist and also a good dental hygienist for my regular tooth cleaning. Then my dentist was replaced by one that I totally disliked. I had a wisdom tooth pulled out, I had an infection, half of my face blue for one week. I changed my dentist.

o, that is horrible, so sorry
and how did you know the new one was okay or you changed the dentist no matter what outcome would be? my mum suggested me to change my social one but i really don't know where to look for one, i have no recomendations so i seeked a private dentist but since private dentist is getting expensive, i am stuck. i envy people who visit dentist once in 3 years or so

@LadyDuck i am glad your teeth are good for now. maybe some good thing happens in the future
for me,due to complain or not,dentist told me to come a week earlier, which was yesterday and waiting room was crowded.not sure was i nervous due to that, going in the evening or overall situation

@greenery8 I don't have any dental problem.But once I had taken my mother to a dentist who had come to our town just a few months back.He treated my mother and now she is well.The dentist was a very polite and helpful young man.
