Is when the sun finally came out. But it was still nice to see it. It stayed blah and dreary the rest of the day.
I put Rosie Bot to work today while I walked. She wasn't too needy today. I also got the afghan fixed. There was only one bad hole and it hadn't started unraveling. So I just needed to run a strand of yarn through and tie everything. It looks good.
I will crochet this evening. I am hoping to have that finished by Friday. But first I need to make my grocery list. Tomorrow is shopping day. Hope you had a good day.

it's been a wet damp rainy day for us for the past 2 days
but it gave us 2 days of rest to get started again of what
we have going in the cabin,

I laid down around 3pm & just got up around 5;30pm to feed
the dogs for the evening, & take the rest of my meds for the day.

@wolfgirl569 You are so right that it's hard to imitate someone else's crocheting. What my Mom crocheted was so different from what I do.

I am glad I didn't have to crochet any of it. Its hard to imitate someone else's. And I am left handed which can make it harder for me to do.
Its a nice day here for me. Hubby had the rainy day

@wolfgirl569 Yay, big win! We have had light rain or drizzle all day, but I talked the man into getting out of the house with me today. I restocked a bit at the flea market and he checked out a pawn shop close to the flea market. Then we picked up dinner on the way home. No cooking!! Win!! Oh and I got a gardenia at Tractor Supply for only $6.99!! That made it a home run kind of day!

The same thing happened here in north Florida. We've had terrible thunderstorms all day today, and right about 6pm everything cleared up and the sun came out. It's beautiful outside right now, nice and cool and breezy. It won't last long though, tomorrow we are forecast to get into the mid 90s with very high humidity.

@wolfgirl569 I’m at Disney World today, and it is miserably hot and humid. We had a thunderstorm roll through this afternoon that lasted about 30 minutes, and wow that cold rain felt good. I didn’t even try to duck inside to stay dry. I just let that freezing cold rain soak me to the core. It felt wonderful.
