I made rice (and ate part with my chicken in mushroom sauce). I have the pork ready. It will be easy to roast. I cut up thick dices of onion and apple and put over it the marinated pork. The oven does the rest.
I cleaned the kitchen and put away dishes and pots. I´ll try to behave at breakfast so that I don´t mess anything.
Tomorrow I only have to fold the dry clothes. I forgot today and saw the clothes in the garage when I went to get some ice cream from the freezer. But I don´t like to put away cold clothes.
Now it is time to read for a while. See you tomorrow.

Yes. And I will give her an almost new pair of Skechers I don´t use. Ever since I bought the slip ins, they are my one and only loves.

And it will be easy to cook. I like roast meat as a good meat and the oven do most part of the job.

I have to agree that roasting meats in the oven makes them so tender...add onions and mushrooms and that makes it even better!
