Do you bother to check your fruits and veggies for pesticides and other chemicals?

Scientists have discovered that freshly harvested fruits and veggies contain remnants of pesticides and some other chemicals. This means we all need to start checking these fresh produce for any traces of harmful chemicals . Do you think you are checking your fruits and veggies enough?

How would I check? I just wash them.

They say those pesticides only wash off with hot water.

We’ve known our produce has had pesticides sprayed on them for decades, which is why so many people buy organic to avoid that. I wash my fruits and vegetables before I eat them, but I am aware I most likely can’t remove them all.

Thats true, we cant remove them all. I know someone who use hot water only to clean his fruits and veggies.
