Good Morning 5/6 did you do anything exciting on Sunday?

Good Morning fellow myLotters! I had a good time yesterday! This past Easter at dinner at my cousin's house my family made plans to go out to eat yesterday. It was Orthodox Easter and my Baba and Didi (grandma and grandpa respectively) were Orthodox. When my Baba was alive she cooked a meal for the family. After my didi died we went to a restaurant. Yesterday to keep up the tradition of Orthodox Easter just the adult females in my family went out to eat at what I think was a sports bar. it is in my town so my sister isn't as familiar with it as me and I got her lost! the food at the restaurant was so good! I had a classic hamburger with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The cheeseburger was GIGANTIC. My sister cut it in half for me and I was so hungry I ate it all and all of my side which I chose to have tater tots. It has been years since I had tater tots and I loved them! I ate my whole cheeseburger and all my tater tots which they gave me a lot of them. I was so full when I got done! The prices are good as my sister insisted on paying for my meal along with hers. She had some kind of steak sandwich and french fries and between the two of us, she paid $28. it would have been less but I ordered Sprite to drink as I don't drink soft drinks at home anymore and I love them. I consider it an eating-out treat. But my family talked for so long that it was around 5 p.m. and I was falling asleep at the table. we had plans to meet at 2:30 p.m. but with almost everybody getting lost it was 3:00 p..m by the time the five of us were there. My eyes kept closing and my family realized we were there for a couple of hours. I go to bed between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. but start to get ready for bed at 2 p.m when I sit down to watch all my favorite shows on TV. I was past my time when I started getting ready for bed so I was tired! What did you do exciting on Sunday?

@marguicha In the last six months or so I have read the best books I have ever read again. But I wait until I forget a book or else I get bored

your day sounds like the perfect day! Yesterday was too much and I am exhausted today. It was cold to me which made me the only person with a jacket on in the restaurant. I was also the only one with a jacket that day when I picked up a prescription and went to another store to get money out of the ATM. Did you enjoy what you read?

My Mum was feeling giddy on Sunday so we didn't go to Church. I watched two episodes of Doctor Who in preparation for the new series this Saturday, they were The Long Game and Father's Day. We had our Easter in March.

@LovesEverybody I'm usually tired the day after a day when I'm out in have company. I can certainly understand that going to bed later than usual will make you tired. I haven't had a really really good cheeseburger in awhile

@Marilynda1225 I am always tired so I guess I sort of expected it. I can sleep 12+ hours and still be tired when I wake up. But that is okay after so many years of not sleeping it feels great to be tired and sleep! Before Sunday the last great cheeseburger was from 5 Guys in December. The 5 Guys cheeseburger was one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever tasted!

It was wonderful! my sister mentioned we can go to that restaurant and get takeout from it another time she is in my town because we both like it so much! I am so tired today of staying up that late. I had to do some things when I got home and got to bed at 7:50 p.m. much too late for me! My cheeseburger was one of the best I ever had!

Sunday my mother and I went grocery store and to Ross (a store that has discounted stuff). We got some stuff for the house, some plants, and mulch. Probably next weekend we will buy some more mulch.

That sounds like a good day! I am not sure but I think I bought a cat tree for my cat at Ross. I went there to get a discounted cat tree since somebody who has cats told me they have cat things at cheaper prices. I can't plant anything as my plants never live so I won't be buying plants or mulch

@grenery8 You are lucky you are able to take walks. I have no motivations or goals to walk or for anything else

Sunday nothing exciting, but Saturday I went to a plant sale, had lunch at a Mexican place..and also went to an estate sale. I am glad you got to hang out with your family.

Did you buy any plants? Plants don't live under me or I would grow something. I have never been to an estate sale. I love Mexican food but I have had Mexican that wasn't from Taco Bell. I was happy to see my family. Before Easter in March, I only saw my sister and her family and my Uncle who sometimes drives me places in the last four years. I was doing badly and didn't go to family get-togethers

It was a great day out! It got me out and I was able to eat something when I don't eat much lately and that was lovely! My doctor gave me more medicine that should help me want to want to eat more.
