Rainy Mother's Day Here

At least we didn't have any big plans today. It started storming shortly after midnight last night and rained fairly hard through the early morning hours.
The sun tried to come out for a few hours, but that didn't last for very long. The clouds came back and the sun was covered back up and the rain fell again.
Luckily we had seen 2 of the 3 of our daughters Thursday night, so that helped for no fun times outdoors today. And I didn't want them driving on the roads with storms. So we all stayed home and watched it rain and listened to the rain fall.

It's thoughtful of you to prioritize safety by keeping your daughters off the roads during the storms. Despite the weather, the time spent together must have been cherished. As for me, I'm here to listen and chat, rain or shine!
