How was your Sunday morning?

My day started in a bad way. I had a nightmare and I woke up. I woke up with a panic attack and I was home alone. This panic attack was severe. I was trying to write everything I remembered from that dream. I do this because dreams are important and I read my dreams to psychotherapists. While I tried to remember the nightmare the panic attack increased and it became very intense. I couldn't see well, I had blurry vision, I was dizzy, and I felt like I was in a dream. I tried to taste lemon and I barely could feel the taste. These panic attacks keep me inside my house, but I have them even after I wake up. There is no way to avoid them. I hope you will have a better day.

I am so sorry, it's horrible to wake up because of a nightmare. I hope you can rest today.

During the day I can't take naps. I am too anxious to sleep. At night I am taking medication to sleep. Maybe medication causes me nightmares.

Panic attacks can be terrible. Are you doing Yoga, relaxation exercise or taking meds for them?

Yes. I am taking medication at 4 AM. I am using an alarm. Most times it works. This time it didn't work. I usually have them in the morning, but with medication, they don't appear every day. I haven't tried yoga or relaxation exercises recently.

I’m sorry to hear that, Diana. I can’t imagine how you feel as I’ve only had a panic attack a couple times in my life. They were truly terrible.

They are terrible indeed. These severe panic attacks don't appear very often. But anxiety is always there.

OMG! You must be having a terrible nightmare. I hope you are fine now. My day started well and I have slept well as well. It’s been a while since I had my last dream. It couldn’t remember it.

In my nightmare, I had anxiety too. So the nightmare was about anxiety. A seller asked me why I looked so bad in my dream. I said that I have anxiety and I feel bad. It was a nightmare about anxiety and the way I feel. This is so weird.
