Can man. united perform better without rooney?

I believe the engine room of the attack of man.united is wayne rooney and without him in the attack, the attack is as good as been dead.

I agree, Saha really is a good player. The question is, can he run the Manchester United attack as well as Rooney? I don't think so.

i accept tat rooney is a key factor in the Manchester United attack and the team's performance will surely get a big blow if he is out... but he is not the only force of Manchester United which is full of force which is very strong and can beat any team in the world

Wayne Rooney is a massive and key part of the united team. He is the creator, he can play some excellent through balls and has the ability to play right across the attack, either on the left, right or in his prefered role at centre. He also works very hard for the team and so i dont think manchester united would perform better without him.
