It's gotta come off!

So, I started dieting about 10 weeks ago. I've only lost 7 pounds and a couple inches total. I'm working really hard, trying to get these extra pounds off a little faster. I know. I know. Slow and steady is the safest way to lose weight, but summer is coming sooner than I thought! They've gotta come off! Any ideas? I'm not into taking suppplements or anything. But, if you've got a SAFE one that actually works, lemme know! Otherwise, I'm eating right, drinking lots of water, exercising at least an hour a day and I work in a really face paced, physically demanding job. What else can I do?!

if your job ( life ? ) is fast paced physically demanding, that usually denotes stress as well. and stress can hamper yer weight loss a bit. try some stress releiving things.. yoga, meditations etc, make it a part of yer daily routine. can also add some weight training to yer week as well, muscle burns more calories than fat does, so even adding a small amount of weight training can make a world of difference. and make sure you EAT, if you dont eat enough, you will not lose any weight. sad bu true. eating more will help you lose more. just make sure its the healthy stuff, get three squares a day and a couple snacks in there as well. not a big snack, a handful of almonds works well. and stay away from the diet foods. tose healthy choice, lean cuisinne things that can be so very deceptive making you think theyre healthy and a good way to cut calories. if you check their sodium content, youll be amazed! too much sodium will cause you to retain water.. whichll keep you from losing pounds. same with diet soft drinks and artificial sweeteners. steer clear of them and drink 100%fruit juices with no sugar, water, and lowfat milk instead. sorry if this has gottenlong, ive been at this myself for a while and learned a few tricks along the way. hope it helps and good luck to you! and its ok to treat yourself once in a while as well.. just dont over do it
