Does anyone have a Pantech C810?

I got my phone a little over a year ago. I like it with a few exceptions. For example my phone will lock up. I have to take the battery out then put it back in to unfreeze my phone. I've also had issues making calls. I went to Las Vegas last summer and i could never get a signal. Everyone else was able to use their cell phones no problem but I wasn't able to call or text anyone. Everyone else had different providers so I chalked it up to my provider. Then this past Oct. I was a couple hundered miles from home at a hotel and, again, I had no signal. This time I had a friend with me who has the same provider. Her phone got a signal perfectly fine. So I know it's just my phone. Does anyone else have this phone? Do you have the same issues with your phone?

I have a Pantech but it is a different model, but not sure what it is. My phone is from verizon wireless, and it cost me $100. It is a good phone, and I like it. It is powered by windows mobile and it has windows media player on it, and I can listen to my music from there. I don't know anything about your model number. I had never even heard of a pantech, until I got the one I have. I am used to motorola, samsung, nokie and blackberry. This must be an off shoot of another brand maybe. It is a good phone none the less.
