Hello readers. I love to eat so much! I believe there are many people like me. As we all know, taking overload supper is not good for health. The effect which is we can see obviously is getting fat. Here, I want you to tell me, what is your stomach craving for before bedtime? By the way, before bedtime, usually I would like to have instant noodles, scramble eggs, burgers or breads with peanut butter. How about you?

Bedtime and midnight cravings are the worst and unfortunately I know exactly what you mean. But for me it's a bit different I get sweet attacks such as chocolate which is practically all time, or if not ice cream, cookies and even cereal. Sometimes the cravings are so bad, that I won't be able to fall asleep until I atleast get a small piece of chocolate in me.

I am facing it actually. But not for chocolate. If I do not get eggs or burger, I cannot sleep. I tried to avoid so many times. But I could not. And of course now I am getting bigger.LOL. =)

I normally get the same way, when I am stressed or facing difficult situations and the only way I find an escape is by eating and the worst part like you said it's at night and I myself am getting bigger myself. LOL :)

I love to have a Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam sandwich (sometimes just a half) on whole grain bread. I don't like to eat within an hour of going to bed, but still, late at night I need some food in my stomach so I don't wake up hungry! And I just LOVE that combo! PB&J will always be a classic!

I don't mind if I wake up hungry when it's time to get up, since then I just have breakfast. But I hate waking up hungry in the middle of the night, it's really inconvenient! It's difficult to get back to sleep when my stomach is growling!

I can eat too much but never get fat... That maybe a good/bad thing. Generally I don't crave for anything before bedtime. If ever, it will be something light and liquid. I do it sweet nothings at the time supposed to be bedtime but then I know I won't sleep till late in the morning

Yes it is good considering the fact when I don't eat much, it digests half of me to keep working...

Wow! You are lucky! You can eat without getting bigger. Maybe because you have high metabolism. It's good! =)

I usually crave for something sweet before bedtime like chocolates, candies or just anything sweet. I think it psychologically puts me to sleep more rapidly. I always have myself a hot chocolate before I go to bed. :)

Hello, you are the third person craves for something sweet. I think maybe sweet foods or chocolate could make us feel calm. It is just guessing. =)

I agree with the noodles and scrambled eggs. I'd add pizza and pasta, but in moderate quantities :D. Also, anything with fish: I love fish! Fortunately I don't crave sweets, but it's only because I don't like them that much.

Fortunately you don't like chocolate. It's good for you. But don't you think that to prepare the meal with fish is kind of time consuming?

Not really. As I can't cook complicated dishes anyway, I usually make simple stuff like tuna salad.

Hi, Neato. I usually crave something cold, wet, and sweet. So I will try for a juciy piece of fruit first, maybe an orange. I really love a bowl of cereal but I'm lactose intolerant so I will only have the milk and cereal occasionally. My all time favorite before bed or even in bed is a chocolate bar. But it has to be a plain old Hershey's chocolate bar, nothing else tastes as good.

I just finished a very sweet and juicy orange. I think I dripped a little bit of juice on my keyboard... but I was trying to be so careful :( Now I'm off to bed, it's very late and my eyes are getting very heavy. Thanks for the BR.

I always crave a glass of chocolate milk and a piece of chocolate pie or some kind of ice cream which I know can not be healthy for us to eat before bed time but I always end up doing it anyways! I really do not like sweet things that much but at night before I go to bed I always want something sweet here lately?

Before i go to sleep, i normally have a glass or two of milk (or milkshake, depending if we have any in the fridge at the time). Sometimes i also have some yoghurt (muller fruit corner) and some fruit (normally either a banana or an orange/clemintine). But remember to brush your teeth after this snack, even it is only milk, as milk still has sugar (in the form of lactose) present inside, and can still damage your teeth.

Unfortunately I always think about the things that I like and ignore the health matters. But I wish, later I will live in healthy lifestyle.

I usually always eat before bed snack, because it does not allow me to eat rice or noodles. because at night we should not overeat too much that later can make us sleep soundly and our bodies get fat.

It depends on my mood actually, like recently I am craving for ice creams and cakes. I don't really have a sweet tooth but when I crave something I really indulge. Karma for me I'am sick now because of that haha..:P
