I got an email instructing people, because of the heat, so turn off/unplug appliances and things so that the power grid isn't overloaded or however it goes. So, I guess I'll do my part, shut down and get to reading or getting things ready for the mail or some such. The "Flex Alert" as they call it (or "Flexing your power" is from 5 (technically it's about eight minutes to five, but...) to 10 pm--so at 10 if I don't feel like going straight to bed I'll hop on and say good night. Have a great rest of your afternoon/evening/night/etc. !
