I had to go to the bank today and I wanted to tell this person they were very rude and why do they treat a customer not nicely. Why don't they listen to the customer and not concentrate on the person sitting in front of them. The one that helped me just wanted to get done with me so she could get back to the call she put on hold to help me but she did not really listen to me or care what I had to say. The one next to her asked if I needed something else and I said no but then I had some questions and she told me I was bothering her. I thought ok she was honest but I thought she should not treat a customer so poorly too. Does anyone thing she was rude?

Yes I think she was rude. I'm sorry you had an awful customer care experience. You should have told her not to repeat that again.

@mildredtabitha I thought about saying something back to her but decided against it. I did not want to stupe to her level. They are there to take care of the customer in front of them and neither one did it very well.
