I Hate Waiting

Happy Thursday everyone! It's a rainy, dismal day here today. I'm hoping my coffee kicks in and I get motivated to get things done. Tuesday I had my doctor appointment and blood work. I know the blood work results are in because they are showing up online in my chart. But, I haven't heard from the doctor. Usually he is prompt about writing his comments in the chart or calling if it's something that needs attention. Since I haven't heard anything is it safe to assume all is well? I go back & forth thinking everything is fine and then that little nagging voice in the back of my head whispers "maybe it's not" I just wish I would hear something soon. Aside from that, nothing else is going on. Tomorrow is grocery day and at least the weather looks decent for us to run our errands.

I am sure that your doctor would have called should he had noticed a problem. I think you can relax.

It was a miserable grey rainy day here. I managed to go for a short walk, using my umbrella. Tomorrow is supposed to be more of the same..

I am not a fan of having to wait to hear from the doctor. Hope that you got a good report. Enjoy your shopping tomorrow.

When I get my blood results online, it tells me if everything is within range. Do your results show the normal ranges? Have a good weekend.

I could always be wrong, but I would go with the no news is good news. They’ve got to be busy.

If it was something serious I am sure you would hear right away and not just when he got around to it

Maybe the doctor has prioritized your lab work and it isn't as serious as you worry about. I hope that you hear from him maybe next week. We cannot get our groceries tomorrow, the stores will all be closed for Good Friday. We will spend the day together at home. We usually fast on that day and abstain from eating meat.

I am hoping you are fine with your blood results. Maybe it is the Easter holidays that caused your doctor to delay. we had a miserable day with rain on Tuesday. Today is sunny but cold and windy. I learned how to order groceries from Walmart with my peer about a month or so ago and ordered again on Wednesday.
