3 things went wrong over the weekend..Hopefully today 3 things will go right! I mentioned on here about the electric blanket, in addition to that PayPal was charged for a PP Petsmart order that never went through Of course I contacted Petsmart. At a minimum will probably take 2 or 3 days. Hopefully I won't have to intervene again.I had to end up buying it in person. Who knows how long it will take to get the money back? Also, I replaced the batteries in the remote. It worked great that night and the next day not at all..
. I am going to try the batteries in another device before I take them back..Woe is me! It was a Murphy's law weekend.

@LadyDuck They probably don't have unlimited life spans. Mine has gotten wet a couple of times too. I think the replacement is free if that is what needs to happen..At least I hope so.

Well, it was OK. I wouldn't,,t call it lucky. They came to mark the utilities for the internet so that was good.

@Tampa_girl7 We have the lines, they did that last summer but they have to extend some of them to the house I think..I got a letter from them yesterday. It seems like there might be a couple of more steps to go before they actually do the installation. It's getting there though.

My weekend was ok. I wish it hadn't rained on Sunday. Saturday we had lightning, but no rain. My mother said Saturday SC had hail and that we were lucky that we didn't get it. I have been cleaning around the piano. I'm hoping a piano company will take the piano. The problem is that the cats keep knocking their toys under the piano. lol
Yesterday was my best friend's birthday. I ate a birthday cake trail mix and I couldn't stop eating it. I finally did though.

I hope they will take it. Happy Bday to your friend. It is hard to stop eating trail mix..that and Chex mix make you want to keep eating them.

Well one good was the, marked utilities today for the internet so the next stop should be installation. I ordered remotes too.

Yesterday, was a slightly better day. At least nothing went wrong..and the work on the new installation is proceeding.

That's weird that your remote is giving you trouble even with new batteries.
Hope the whole PayPal thing gets resolved quickly.
It's Monday so hopefully all that Murphys Law stuff is over.
