And I´ll heat leftovers for me. Many times leftovers are better that the real meal and I don´t like to have to either throw good food or give it to Luna.
I have a small bit of rice and I´ll make a rice omelette for me. I will cook some ravioli I bought (and did not love) for Mario and his son and serve it with a tomato sauce I can cook in minutes. I already went to the garden to get a couple of bay leaves and I have some tomato sauce in a jar. I will add fresh tomatoes, a bit of red wine and that will be it.
Mario is clearly earning his lunch. He came with one of his boys and they are both working in the garden.

I agree about leftovers. Food seems to always be better the second time around. Hurrah for Mario and the work he and his son are doing for you.

Great they are working in your garden and good that you have food to give them. What does Luna say seeing them in the garden?

It's nice to have someone working in your garden. What's a rice omelette like? Do you stuff the rice into the omelette? Ravioli in tomato sauce sounds nice too.
I agree that some leftovers are better than the freshly cooked ones. Our usual pork or chicken adobo is so good when it's been left in the fridge for a few days.
