I Haven't Watched QVC or HSN for Awhile....

...So I turned it on through my Roku TV. I watched some of Chris Stone's new electric skillet demonstration. It is on special for $39.95, regularly $59,95. I love to get one but my daughter wouldn't use it much. His stuff is expensive but long-lasting and great things for the kitchen. He is a famous chef and good-looking to boot.
It's a headache to get out, use, clean, and put back. Then I watched "In The Kitchen with David" to see his recipe for Reuben Sandwich Skillet Casserole. It has all the ingredients(Thousand Island dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese)of a Reuben sandwich plus some hashbrowns on the bottom. It should be good for my daughter and me but, my grandson doesn't like corned beef or sauerkraut so he will have to do something else for dinner. Being a foodie I have to try everything that looks good.
