We finally have a sunny day

Even if it's spring the weather wasn't very impressing. It was rainy, gloomy and cloudy for two weeks. Today we have a sunny day and I took a picture. I stayed on my balcony for more than 30 minutes for vitamin D. Outside I can't stay for such a long time. But after spending time on my balcony I feel exhausted like I made a huge effort. It's an effort to breathe and all my energy went there. I think it should make me feel better and not worse. I had to lie down after staying on my balcony. An old person is much healthier than me. My father spends a lot of time outside and works outside for hours. I feel exhausted even on my balcony. How is the weather in your place?
