I hope all our members in the states affected by the terrible storms and tornadoes are all safe and sound.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Ham, cheesy potatoes, beets (yuck!), roll, pears
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - The rest of the Chicken Lo Mein that our housekeeper made

So far so good at least I think with mylot members..Of course though if they don't have power it would be hard for them to respond.

The storms are still really strong. They are just entering Ohio. I hope they lose some of their punch before they get to us.

When you make your trips back and forth to see your husband, call and order a pizza for yourself on the way home and pick it up. Heck, get your cousin person one, too...then you both have dinner, and you have a treat, and an easy food to just heat up and eat.
We have been wanting pizza, and the ones I made for the freezer are gone. Guess it's time to make some more soon!

@MarieCoyle Hubby's cousin said she would pick me up whatever I want anytime. She picks up my grocery orders too.

I hope that all are safe and the storms have subsided.
Your meals sound good. I am back to cooking after a gap of three weeks, enjoying good food cooked by others. It was a good break.

@LindaOHio Happy to know that the storms missed your path. It's very hot here. We badly need rain. It has been more than 150 days without rain. It is a drought like situation here

Chicken Lo Mein sounds really good! I may have to stop for Chinese take out on Wednesday on my way home from the boutique!
Oh I told you earlier we had leftover spaghetti yesterday. That was the day before. I worked at the flea market so he got to do dinner. I asked for tuna salad because he usually makes that good and hard to screw up, and easy to clean up! It was good!!

I wasn't to hungry so I had crispy seasoned fried with ketchup, I am thawing out a roll of ground beef so I will have to decide what to make tomorrow,

@LindaOHio yes, but the ground beef is not very qualitative so I just make some patties but will not purchase again,
