Monday Morning Brief and Sunday Update

Good morning from wet, foggy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Currently, the temperature is 51 F and going up to 64 F, though Alexa said 69 F. It's cloudy right now. The rain stopped for the moment.
Yesterday was good. We had a guest speaker at church for Missions Sunday. I also did the offering after church and OOPS, brought the key home for the mail slot for the tithing envelopes. The woman I worked with yesterday on the offering picked it up a short while ago.
Otherwise, it was a good relaxing day. I watched the last Harry Potter movie on Peacock. I think it's going off at the end of the month. So I needed to finish the movies.
I also made banana bread with three overripe bananas. I changed up the recipe a bit. I left out the salt and used zero calorie sugar. I also used Spelt flour. It turned out fantastic. I needed to figure out the macros for it from the nutrition label. So this has zero sodium and negligible sugar even with three bananas. The scale agrees.
I was only on the computer yesterday to take care of the food numbers on Excel. That proved frustrating because I was too low on sodium. I needed to figure out how to increase sodium without increasing sugar.
I had a sandwich made with Keto bread - zero sugar. Almond butter - zero sugar, and sugar free raspberry jam. Still low on sodium. I had another sandwich with Swiss cheese - zero sugar. My sodium was still under 1000 but more than the required 500 at 733. I kept my sugar for yesterday at 20. I did well. The scale agrees. I'm below 200.
As for today's plans:
1. Notifications. I have over 130. It will take a while.
2. Book. I've been thinking about Wilderness Cry, so I might work on that one. I'll also work on In the Hands of Mighty Men.
3. My friend will take me out today to drive her car. She's having cataract surgery tomorrow and I'm driving her car home from the hospital. It's keyless.
That should do it for my plans for the day. I'll also get my steps as usual.
How's your day going? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

Sounds like a nice Sunday, and good plans for the day. The sandwich sounds good, although I would use peanut butter (and I did that today but not on bread but on zero net carb tortillas).

I can't have peanut butter with my allergy to peanuts.
It sounds like you're getting back on track.
Thank you. It was a nice day.

@just4him Understandable, sorry to hear that. But if you like the almond butter then it is all good.
Going to try to focus on more protein and vitamins, and less carbs. I know I will still have some carbs, but try not to eat all the snacks that I was.
No problem, that is good to hear.

My daughter wants a macos food scale so she can keep track of her intake. The scale looks interesting and when you weigh the food it automatically will input it into your My Fitness Pal or whatever app you use to keep track. It's nearly $40 but I might just buy it for her birthday which is two weeks. I'm happy to hear that the scale made you happy.
My bananas never got overripe so I never made the banana bread I was planning on. I ate the bananas instead. Your tweek on your recipe sounds really good.
Hope you enjoy your day. You're aways busy

That scale sounds interesting.
It's really good. I worried that changing it like I did would make it inedible, but it didn't.
I'm glad I have calendar alerts. I had a rent recertification this morning I completely forgot about. I'm just back from that and ready to rumble again.
I hope your day is enjoyable too.

Sunday I found out we didn't have any water pressure in the house. Yesterday I got it fixed and ended up having a new water tank put in the well. The water works perfectly now. I also worked on my mother's diamond painting. I think I will be able to finish it next week.

Congrats with the loss. I agree with Anna. That would be the easy way
