I was wrong!

For the first time since the last time.... I was sitting here at the computer, and I got an email from Thrift Books saying a package had been delivered (also saying that mail carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered when they have not been). I went to my mailbox anyway, since there was nothing outside my door, and lo and behold there was actually something there! There was the package of books I'd recently ordered, two envelopes from different people in the exchange slip group I belong to on Facebook, something from AT&T about a new service or something, and something about life insurance from AARP. Oh, I also got a check for my share of the rent from the house from my brother. I'll have to ask him about it--usually it doesn't come until the first week of the month. Oh, well--I have money to deposit tomorrow, which is good. Hope all is well with you (and that you got something nice in the mail) in your part of myLot land!
