She gave me an appraisal of my house. I was happy to discover that it was a lot better than what I thought.
My house, as it is, is worth almost twice as much as the house I want to buy. So I will have money enough to remodel it completly.
I can also use one of the rooms of my new house to place my furniture while I remodel it little by little.
If I but a one story house Luna can stay with me. That was one of my problems too. Although they accept dogs in many apartments, there is a difference between a Toy Poodle and a big German Shepherd.
It has been raining all day. Maybe at some point some new grass will come out.
I made my peace with Luna. I gave her the tongue peelings and then her food. But I did not pet her wet paws.

I think that the time has come. If I don´t sell soon, I will not be phisically able to do it.

@LadyDuck I could not possibly cook now in an old kitchen. I have noticed that many people have awesome living rooms but they leave the kitchen to maids and they are a mess.

@marguicha When we bought this house we had all the interior repainted, the wooden floor sanded and repainted and we replaced the toilets.

I hope you can sell it and have some money left over when all is said and done. Renovation is nice when it’s over but in my own experience it always takes way, way longer than it’s supposed to. Add in the drywall dust and the constant mess… I hope if you have to renovate you have speedy help.

I worked alongside my husband for decades as he was a builder. I know how things are. I have to see if I need an architect or just a worker such as Mario.
