Did out regular treatment today at Rehab, then he had me try one that they Used to use..still do but not as much. Since I wasn't any better...He gave me a neck brace to keep my head steady. If the treatment works, in order to keep those crystals/hairs back in the right place, you have to keep your head straight. If you have to pick something up from the floor, you keep your head level and use your eyes to guide your hands to pick it up. I have to admit, that I had forgotten to be more careful about moving my head for atleast 2-4 hours after a treatment. Wearing that Neck Brace really S#cked. Have the day off from Appointments! YAAAAY! Now back to housework and grocery! Had Homemade Subway Roast Beef Sandwich for supper, looking at recipes for tomorrow night...planning on a good supper with Veggies..had enough finger food and sandwiches.
