What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
In my continuing attempt to clear out the freezer I thawed some pieces of pork loin. I slow cooked them in the InstantPot with sauerkraut and some white wine I had hanging around. I'm going to be real gourmet and have that with some tater tots and leftover balsamic-marinated cucumbers. Not a great meal but it is still more balanced and adult than what some people will have.

I LOVE pork and sauerkraut. For lunch I had a Meals on Wheels - lasagna. Dinner the usual PB&J sandwich. Happy Mother's Day -- you have fur babies so it counts.

I made 2 delicious hamburgers and I have enough thawed ground meat to do something tomorrow. I was going to add the chimichurri but it wasn´t so good. So tomorrow I´ll throw it away.
