End-of-year summative evaluation is tomorrow

We have to do a bunch of pointless "paperwork" that means nothing in the beginning of the year--setting goals, writing a professional development plan, etc. No one looks at any of it for 9 months and then we have to update it all at the end of the year when the supervisor looks at it for approximately 1 minute. It is all so stupid but hey we must be able to check off boxes to prove to the taxpayers that we are doing our job. Anyway tomorrow is my EOY review. Have I started any of the documentation yet? Nope! I will get going on it when the hour of tutoring is finished. I'm just glad I remembered about it because I would have been screwed if I walked into work tomorrow without it done.
