Somerset Regional Animal Control Center employee named Jess Ostrowski answered a cry for help when she heard a kitten crying for help while the kitten was trapped inside of a storm drain in Bridgewater. Jess received help from another animal control officer named Karen Fisch as well as Bridgewater Department of Public Works employees who worked together to use food as bait to capture the kitten by using a net to catch the kitten who is now being called Stormy. Stormy is now at an animal shelter being taken care of by the employees at the animal shelter where Stormy will be up for adoption. Link is upi.com/3271751148191 via @upi

The kitten likely fell down the storm drain due to the rainy conditions the day before.

That looks like a cute kitten. I hope that it was not dumped by its owner, in that drain. It is good that some caring people rescued it from there.

I am sure that the kitten fell into the storm drain by accident since it rained in the area the day before.
