5/17/24 - Update on My Husband

Hubby's PT was much better yesterday. He had recovered pretty much from his 4 days in bed. Today he may try steps again. My husband is having a little less trouble when they get him in and out of bed. Since we lost the Reconsideration, I called the number that they gave me. There is a complicated and detailed form that must be filled out and mailed into a Cleveland Office of the US Department of Health & Human Services. Administration will review what I have written and will make a determination if physical therapy should be continued. My husband's second cousin has made a habit of coming every few days to visit. She does his laundry and brings him candy. She means well but she is SO LOUD and dominates the conversation. She has kindly consented to take me to 3 of my doctors' appointments. I called the Business Office again about the $1,218. No call back. I have a number of a local Ombudsman. I will see what they can do. Thank you for your continued support, prayers and thoughts.
