It seems that many of us carry around lots of receipts in our purse/wallet. Not too many in mine at the moment though as I had to sort through them - couldn't find anything else because of them. Thanks for sharing with us. :)

I know the feeling about small change piling up and now when I am shopping, if I can pay for something small without using a note but instead have enough coins then I will use them. They are also very heavy but in total often do not add up to much. :)

I'm from the US, and I always have a ton of pennies in the bottom of my purse. I rarely carry cash, if I have it I tend to spend it, so I do bank cards. But when I do have cash I use everything but the pennies so they pile up in my purse. :-)

How did this happen caramello that you still have money in your purse 3 days after Christmas? LOL Keep those receipts for a while just in case there is some problem with the pressies you bought for Christmas. Thanks for your contribution to the discussion. :)

Roll on tomorrow says caramello. LOL Actually I believe that from 2008 we will be carrying less cards in our purse because all government issue ones will be rolled into one, so to speak, so we won't have heaps of cards to carry around. Thanks very much for responding caramello. :)

Yes it would be nice to have more room for money, but where will the money come from I wonder caramello. Maybe I will buy a ticket in the big lottery next week, and I am bound to have all the numbers too of course. Only problem is that they will all be on separate lines. LOL

It could be good to have a bank so close to your house - if you have money in the account that is - but it would also mean that you don't have to carry lots of cash around with you. :)

I'll have to find it first! Er.. probably a picture of my nephew, endless plastic cards, not because I'm a credit card junkie, but because I'm a card junkie, I have an odd fascination with collecting them!

Different being insane?! I think it comes from the days as a child you want to appear 'bigger' than you are so I started collecting all my Dad's when he didn't want them! Far too many to count, had to throw a few away and that was heart-breaking :P

Different but NOT insane. I am always interested in what other people collect and I hadn't heard this one before. It is awful when you have to throw some of a collection away, isn' it. Hopefully it won't happen anymore. :)

Lucky you and congratulations on your win. I think the earnings are posted most days, although I did notice over the weekend that there was no change so it might be that earnings for those days aren't credited till after the weekend is over. Keep posting and you will see your earning rise plus if you get a positive or negative it will affect your rating. Also a best response gets you a greater amount for that post I believe.

I don't carry a purse or a wallet. I just use pockets. Oops, I forgot when I don't have pockets then I use an over the shoulder bag in which I have a coin purse (also used for bills), my ID papers, and of course, my butts and lighter....never leave home without them. I wear my keys around my neck so that I won't leave them behind or lose them.

Pockets can be wonderful things, as long as we take everything out before dropping in the washing machine or it does make one big mess. Voice of experience talking here gifana. LOL What a good idea to wear our keys around your neck and that is something that I have never thought of doing myself, although I know others do it. Thanks for reading and responding gifana. :)

I had a laugh at the old bus tickets, but only because we all seem to keep something like that which we no longer really need but never get around to throwing out. :)
