Early pregnancy! what advice should i say?

my friend is pregnant now and she is looking for advise to me and i am not so sure what will i say to her. she message me last night and i am so shocked what i red. she told me that she is 2 months delay so meaning she is pregnant. she is asking for my advise what will i tell her. this is the first time that this things come to me. so really i don't know what to do. what will i do?

Tell her to take pregnancy test to find out for sure, if she is then she needs to see a doctor, get prenatal vitamins and take care of herself.

She should study about how her body will react to this and prepare for the changes. She should also learn how to be healthy for the baby and herself.

She should immediately start to see a doctor and get prenatal care. She should be considering a healthy lifestyle. No smoking or drinking, not by her or those around her.
