I was disappointed to hear that my husband's physical therapy did not go well yesterday. His legs went out on him when he was trying to walk; and he couldn't do anymore walking yesterday. Other than that, nothing new to report....

Yesterday, the delivery man left a few free things I had ordered on my doorstep. One said “heavy”, but I couldn’t figure out what it was (I had a migraine, and my memory was fuzzy). I was actually worried I would hurt my back, but...

I received an email because there was a charge on my credit card that was over $100. Turns out hubby's cell phone bill is $127. We usually get charged $22. He must have limited minutes on his plan. We will have to cut our...

So my nephew, Hudson, and my sister were in town yesterday because this is where he was having his deviated septum fixed. Poor little guy! He’s had so many surgeries already. The doctor showed what his nose looked like before in...

Many of you may have noticed that I have not been on MyLot for quite a while. The reason was because my husband was very sick and has now died. I simply did not have the time for MyLot. Since his death, I have been buried with...

Isn't he adorable?
He has little bandit eyes it looks like.
Don't know what kind he is.
He is Taylor Swift's cat that likes to be carried like a baby.
I am not a Swiftie but this was in my feed on YouTube.
I love this cat.

This building is on 90th St here.
It is circa 1912 and was built by John Wick.
Apparently in the deed, it is not to be torn down as it is historical now.
It was part of an old farm before the Countryside Estates were built.
There...

I know some of you would substitute cat for dog on this mug, and nod in agreement. What can I say? I like small groups of people, but a lot of the time, unless it’s people very special to me, I’d rather rest at home with my dog. I...

The day began cloudy, cool and lightly raining, but it is now sunny and dry.

Who shops at thrift shops? Teachers. Teachers shop at thrift shops.
Every time I go to the local one I see at least one teacher from my school.
Thrifting is one way to afford to update your wardrobe without breaking the bank....

Vicki, #1 Creek Girl We love thrift stores. I look through maybe 50 things to find the perfect thing. And sometimes I don't find anything. But I love the hunt and I especially like the prices. Dale buys all his work clothes (for farming and all the dirty jobs outside.)

I wrote recently about food vans that came to the oval near us. One couple there had some parrots on a lead and I wrote about them too. I thought the parrots were sun conures but it seems I was wrong.
The couple and their birds...

Vicki, #1 Creek Girl I don't know enough about HGH to give an informed opinion. But I know your family well enough to know they will research every single piece of legitimate information and pray unceasing for God's direction, approval, and healing for their sweet boy.
