In order to encourage its citizens to ask for receipts for tax revenue, the government here raffles sales receipts every other month. We keep all our receipts, about 2 to 3 inches thick every month. We have so far won the lowest prize of US$7 twice this year which we use to buy toiletries. Have you won a raffle draw, how much was the prize, and how did you spend it?

I understand the anxiety of each woman in labor but many in highly-developed countries may never realize how simple giving birth is in the countryside. No one there would have heard of the C. They just call in the midwife as travel to the nearest town clinic would be daunting. My comment is indirectly derived from their sharings.

You'll never know the value of a single receipt not until you find out you have the winning numbers. You might have thrown out a prize worth millions without realizing it. On the other hand, sometimes what you do not know won't hurt you.

There are 193 countries with a quarter belonging each to Africa, Asia, Europe and America with Oceania. Though it is not possible to visit all the countries because some countries have no diplomatic ties with mine while others are difficult to get a visa, I've only been to 8 in Asia.
