Sometimes I want to change myself but it is who I am and I understand what you are saying.....I have also been told that I need to care for myself more instead of others. It is very hard for me to care for myself but i will take your advise and use it and just keep on keeping on and I will never change who I am. What happens if you can't stay away from the person or situation you live together ...

I sure hope things do get easier with time it just seems all my life I have been this way and I still care for everyone but me and I try so hard to make people care for me and am realizing that each person is diffrent so what is a good remedy or suggestion that i can use that will help me just let it go?????

You are absoulutly right it is in my nature all the way and I love and care about everyone I try and try but get the same results all the time people are so hard headed and dont want to follow my advise and yeah them i blame myself you hit it right on the head and i understand that other people will appreciate me but what if you just really want this one person to just let go of thier problems ...

I am learning the values of backing off and just letting the person get over the feelings they are having for someone else at this moment.and I admire what you say about if you so you care to much they will think they have you,,, im gonna try your suggestion and see were that gets me and you made perfect sense to me friend thanks for replying
