AlleyZhou If I were in such situation, I would just go upstairs, ring the bell and ask them to be quiet politely. If they still keep making noise, I'll then call secruity guard to intervene.

AlleyZhou I donated money and clothing. And I also planned to be a volunteer at local museum...but the problem is that I'm too lazy and really want to stay at home at weekends instead of going anywhere...anyway, donation is a good way to make me feel myself helpful....
