Generally speaking , I lfeel that unsolicited advice loses its value. However , people are free with their advise in our society and most of the time advise comez unwanted and unasked for , quite annoying and irritating ..

Gogata Ionut @BetterDays4Me yes, sometimes it works. When my head hurts I usually go for a walk and it helps a little, but now I can't do that. And it depends on the cause, it's not always working .
