Cathy Bourner I have a exercise timer that gives you x second of rest, then y seconds of workout time. I absolutely loath exercise of any kind, so I'm hoping that timed intervals rather than reps will work better for me. Also from Amazon!

What kind of music would be a torture for you to listen to?

I think the types of songs that I most dislike (it's really hard for my ears to stand) are "classical music", "rap" and "heavy metal" (those inaudible where the singers growling the whole song ). What about you?

Cathy Bourner I'm a ditto head--rap (I would argue that, without a melody, it isn't music), and heavy/death metal. And screaming guitar solos get on my nerves.
