Normally everybody thinks they are fit but it is not so....unless you conform that by checking your body .... but it is not needed here just do some exercises that i mentioned below to check whether you are fit or...

everybody thinks that they are fit ....but unless you do some work or check your body you dont know that you are fit or not...... here are a few steps to check yourself whether you are fit or not..... for example to check that...
