DeepOne From my understanding, having the attribute of 'empathy' is also essentially key in being a good leader. Compassion and emotional intelligence, also can be added to the qualities and skills.

DeepOne For myself, it's Dyslexia with the vowels. (Even though I'm not Dyslexic.) Example: 'thier'; instead of 'their' It's just a wee-bit annoying. Maybe, someone else can relate.
