Not only do fiber one bars give you the fiber you need, as well as it also regualtes you, but i find that i get a lot of gas with it to. Does anyone else share this symptom? I was also told not to eat more than one a day or else its going to be toilet trouble.

Tell me about it. I feel like i lost tons of weight with out having to exercise. Also i dont have a gut like i use to because i am no longer bloated or gassy. Its so great, i wish i done this years ago.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately i just think that some people will always have a dirty mind. I do admitt that, that day was a pretty silly day for us.

Oh yes, they taste better than a granola bar. Although i did have to stop eating them because i wanted to be gluten free and they are made with wheat.

Lol tell me about it. I swear the GI tract was on a move after you eat one of those bars. Have you ever eaten more than one at a time? lol would you do it again?
